Nutella Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 10 servings

2 1/8 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp baking soda
1/2 cup melted butter
3/4 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup Nutella
1 egg
1 egg yolk
2 tsp vanilla
1 1/2 cups chocolate chunks

1. Combine flour, salt, and baking soda together
2. Cream sugar, Nutella, and butter together
3. Mix in egg, yolk, and vanilla
4. Mix in dry ingredients
5. Add in chocolate chips or chunks
6. Scoop (1 oz portions) onto parchment lined trays and bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 10-12 minutes

I plan to us huge chocolate drops to make the cookies look somewhat marbled, like this:

Let’s see if I can pull this off…

  1. Chris says:

Is the butter actually melted before creaming with the sugar and Nutella?

Do you have the weights for this recipe (e.g. ounces) instead of the volume measurements (e.g. cups)

    Thanks!
