Meals 130: Monday, Monday

You know it’s Monday when you find yourself eating out of compostable take-out containers at your desk.

Lesson in making my meals look healthier than they actually are: pile greens on top of the decadent stuff. There is a hidden quesadilla in one of the images below. I will bake a cake for the first person who can point out the quesadilla in the comments.
